Nikole Gipps
Nikole brings over 10 years of experience in programming, marketing, writing and design to NHG Consulting. A graduate of Cornell University, she believes walking uphill in extremely cold weather gave her the perseverance needed to hammer through the most difficult projects while maintaining her out-of-the-box style of thinking. She has previously held positions at Cornell's College of Engineering, Netility Corporation, the Tech Museum of Innovation, and Roundpeg. Nikole is both the owner and a client of NHG Consulting, as she is always on the prowl for new ideas to develop.

Ira Bronson
This former Bostonian gave up a formal career in audio engineering at Bose Corporation to dive head first into design work. He soon found himself doing work for Boston University, National Instruments and The Feminist Majority. Self-taught in color theory and typography, Ira effortlessly shifts between his work with rock bands and a more conservative approach at NHG Consulting where accessibility and usability are the mainstays of the operation. Ira is in love with BoingBoing (who wouldn't love "A Directory of Wonderful Things"?) and spends his free time eating organic fruit.
